Quit Claim Deed
THE GRANTOR Henry I. Black~ell and Ph~llis A. Blackwell, his wife
for and in consideration of for Road Purposes and in lieu of condemnation
convey and quit claim to City of Bremerton
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap
State of Washington:
Together with all after acquired title of the grantor therein:
The south 20.00 feet of the fell~ing described ~ract:
That pertion of the ~orthwest quarter ef the northwest quarter ef
the southeast quarter, Section 2, Township 24 north, range 1 east,
W.M., described as follows.' Commencing at the south one-quarter
corner of said Section 2; thence north 2°09,57a east along the north
and south cente~l~i~e of said Section 2 a distance of 2158.84 feet;
thence south 88A35' east 145.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF B~GtNNING;
thence south 88v35' east 214.14 feet more or less to a point on the
west line of Plat of Valle-Hi which bears north 2°14'40'' east 10.00
feet from a concrete monument on the centerline of Pearl Street;
thence north 2°14,40" east ale~ the west line of the Plat of Valle-
Hi 115.02 feet; thence north 88 35' west 214.30 feet; thence south
2009'57" west 115.00 feet to the TRUE PO]h~T OF BSGINNING.
This deed is given in lieu of condemnation and no excise tax need
be paid or tax stamps affixed.
