The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the
Administrator of General Services under and pursuant to the powers and authority
contained in applicable provisions of the Federal Property and Administrative
Services Act of 1949, 63 Stat. 377, as amended, and regulations and orders
promulgated thereunder, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration,
does hereby convey and quitclaim to CITY OF BREMERTON, a municipal corpo-
ration of the State of Washington, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), its
successors and assigns, all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the
following described property (hereinafter referred to as "Property") situated in
Kiisap County, State of Washington:
All of Lots 21, 22, 23, 24 and the East half of Lot 25,
Block 19, Plat of the Town of Bremerton. The west
6 feet of Lot 47 and all of Lots 48, 49 and 50, Block 14,
Plat of the Town of Bremerton. The North 13 feet of
the vacated alley from extension of the West line of Lot 24,
Block 19, Plat of the Town of Bremerton, and continuing
East to the line 6 feet East of the line between Lots 47 and
48, Block 14, Plat of the Town of Bremerton. Also that
portion of vacated Park Avenue between 4th Street and the
South line of the alley described above, Plat of the Town of
Bre merton.
All of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 14, Plat of the Town of
Bremerton; the south one (1) foot of the vacated alley from
the line between Lots 16 and 17, Block 19, Plat of the Town
of Bremerton, and continuing east to the line six (6) feet
east of the line between Lots 3 and 4, Block 14, Plat of the
Town of Bremerton; also that portion of vacated Park Avenue
between Burwell Street and the south line of the alley described
above, Plat of the Town of Bremerton; all situated in the Town
of Bremerton, County of Kitsap and State of Washington.
TOGETHER WITH improvements located thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property together with all the privileges
and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto Grantee, its successors and assigns,
forever.
The Property was acquired by the United States of America by
warranty deeds.
The Property was both duly determined to be surplus to the needs and
requirements of the United States of America and assigned to General Services
Administration for disposal pursuant to authority contained in the said Federal
Property and Administrative Services Act as amended, and applicable orders and
regulations promulgated thereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this instrument to be
executed as of August 9, 1967.

On this 1st day of August ~ 1967, before the
undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the State of Washington, personally
appeared V.L. Barnes~ to me known to be the - Chief,
Real Property Division, Property Management and Disposal Service, General
Services Administration, Region 10, and to me known to be the individual described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument and who under oath stated that he was
duly authorized, empowered and delegated by the Administrator of General Services
to execute the said instrument and acknowledged the foregoing instrument to be his
free and voluntary act and deed, acting for and on behalf of the Administrator of
General Services, acting for and on behalf of the United States of America, for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
official seal the day and year in this certificate above written.
