Dear Mayor Jarstad:
Please find enclosed a preliminary commitment for
title insurance, Purchaser's standard coverage, on
the above entitled real property transaction. It
would appear that the City may safely-assume the
title to this property and deliver the funds agreed
upon to Mr. and Mrs. Thompson.
The following amounts are generally the obligation
of the seller and shoUld be deducted as closing
costs from this transaction:
