Beginning at the intersection of the West margin of Washington Avenue and the North
margin of Sixth Street; thence westerly on the west margin of Sixth Street 23.3 feet;
thence Nortaheasten~ly to a point on the west margin of Washington Avenue that lies 30.2
feet northerly of the point of intersection of the west ma~§in of Washington Avenue
and the north margin of Sixth Street; thence southerly on the west ms, gin of W~shington
Avenue to the point of beginning, containing 0.013 acreSj of that portion of ~overnment
Lot Two (2) Sec. Thirteen, Township 22 North, Range 1 East, W. M., more particularly
defined as follows: Beginning on the North ma~gin of Sixth Street, Plat of the Town
of Br~merton, 139 feet east of the Northeast corner of Highland Avenue and said Sixth
Street; thence North 100 feet; thence East 86.60 feet more or less to the West line of

the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, including any interest therein
which grantor may hereafter acquire:
Beginning at the intersection of the West margin of Washington
Avenue and the North margin of Sixth Street; thence westerly on
the west margin of Sixth Street 23.3 feet; thence Northeasterly
to a point on the west margin of Washington Avenue that lies 30.2
