The City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation of the state
of washington, as grantor, for good and valuable co~sideration, has
sold and by these presents does grant, bargin, sell, convey, transfer,
and set over to the Bremerton Port District, a political subdivision
of the State of Washington, the following described vacated Oyster
Reserve of the second class, as defined in Chapter 255 of the Sessions
Laws of 1927, situate in Kitsap County, Washington:
Tracts 1 and 2 of Vacated State Oyster Reserve, Plat N~mber
87, located in front of Sections 32 and 33, Township 24 North, Range
1 east, W.M.
Subject to the right-of-way of U.S. Naval stowage and Tram-
shipment Facility, Bremerton Branch. And, subject to right-of-way of
State Highway 21, Kltsap County, Washington, and subject to the rights
of holders of existing leases covering portions of the above described
land, and Subject to Chapter S under 12 of the Sessions Laws of 1927
and subject to other encumbrances of record.
Grantor expressly reserves the right to receive the income
from presently existing leases upon the said described tract,
gether with any income from any extensions or renewals thereof until
grant commences construction of an industrial area requiring the
cancellation, condemnation or expiration of any such lease.
In case the Bremerton Port District should at any time be
dissolved or if the Port District has not within 10 years from this
date entered into a contract for the establishment of an industry upon
the aforesaid property, or commenced construction of an industrial
area upon said property, then the aforesaid premises shall revert to
grantox and be held by it ss full ss if this Deed had not been made,
provided, however, that the merger or consolidation of the Port of
Bremerton with another port or other municipal district shall not be
considered to be a dissolution of the Port District.

Mayor and the City Clerk, respectively, of the City of Bremerton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, that executed
the within and foregoing instrument and acknowledged said instrument
to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said City for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that they were
authorized to execute said instrument and that the seal affixed
is the corporate seal of said City.
