THE GRANTOR, PORT BLAKELY MILL COMPANY, for a good and valuable
consideration, conveys and quit claims to CITY OF BREMERTON, a munici-
pal corporation, the following-described real estate, situated in the
County of Kitsap, State of Washington, including any interest therein
which grantor may hereafter acquire:
That part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 19, Township 24
North, Range 1 E., W.M., lying South and East of the
following-described line:
Beginning at the SE corner, Section 19; thence North
l°42'40" East 1324.40 feet; thence North 89o47'53" West
650.49 feet to the Easterly boundary of the existing
Railroad Right of Way, the True Point of Beginning; thence
Northeasterly along said boundary 1310.16 to the East line
of Section 19.
