IN THE HATTER OF Primary State Highway No. 21 (SR 3), Arsenal Way to Chico.
THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, for and in consideration of a conveyance of other
lands required for State highway purposes, hereby conveys and quitclaims unto the
CITY OF BREHERTON a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, a11 its

right, title and Interest, except as hereinafter set forth, in and to the following
described property situated in Kitsap County, State of Washington:
A tract of land In Government Lot 4, Section 9, Township 24 North,
Range 1 East, W.M., containing 0.O5 acre, more or less, and more
particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of said Section 9; thence run South
88e58tJ6'l East along the Southerly llne of said Section 9 a distance
of 1227.74 feet; thence, from an lnltlal bearlng of North 18eJSJ59''
West, along the arc of a curve having a radius of 1292.5 feet, a
distance of 274.79 feet; thence South 59°33'O9'' West a distance of
80 feet to the true point of beginning of this description:
Thence, from an Initial bearing of North 30'26'51" West, on the arc
of a curve having a radlus of 1212.5 feet, a distance of IO0 feet;
thence South 55°O3'03'' East a distance of 109.9/4 feet, more or less,
to a polnt which bears North 59"33'09" East from the true point of
beginning; thence South 59°33'09'' West a distance of 50 feet, more
or less, to the true point of beglnnlng.
EXCEPT that the grantee herein, its successors or assigns, shall have no
rlght of ingress and egress to, from and between said Primary State Highway No. 21
(SR 3), Arsenal Way to Chico, and the lands herein conveyed; nor shall the grantee
herein, its successors or assigns, be entitled to compensation for any loss of
light, view and air occasioned by the location, construction, maintenance or oper-
atlon of said highway.
Except as heretofore set forth, the lands herein descrlbed are not required
for State highway purposes and are conveyed pursuant to the provisions of
RCW 47.12.070.
