(hereinafter ~esignated as Grantors), for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, does
hereby convey and quit claim to the City of Bremerton, a Municipal Corporation,
(hereinafter designated as Grantee), its successors and assigns, all of the
Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described property
for public road purposes, situated in Section 16, Township 2h North, Range 1
East, Willamette Meridian, Kitsap County, State of Washington, described
as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument set in the Quarter corner common to Sections 16
& 21, T 24 N, R 1 E, W.M.; thence running along the Northerly side of FLrst Street
S 89046'48'' West 71.70 feet to the true point of begdnning; thence continuing

within the above described road right of ways for the uses and purposes
of sanitary sewer lines.
IN ADDITION THERETO there is hereby quit claimed and conveyed the existing
sanitary sewer line runni~ alone the street commonly known as Cased Ave.,
the centerline of said street described as follows:

the intersection of B~enn Avenue and Burwell Street, the true point of
beginning of said centerline; thence N 67°27'19'' West 49.59 feet; thence
along the arc of a curve to the right, said arc having a radius of 234.28
feet and a central angle of 54°45'45'', a distance of 223.92'; thence along
the arc of a curve to the right, said arc having a radius of 1031.O0'and
a central angle of 16°33 '21" a certain distance that will intersect the
State Freeway right of way;
AND ALSO the existing sanitary and storm sewer lines running alone the
street commonly known as Gorst Ave., the centerline of said street described
as follows:
Commencing at the South quarter corner, Section 16, Township 24 North,
Range 1 East, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington; thence South 89°46'48''
West 94.90' to the centerline of Bruenn Avenue; thence North O°23'10'' East
along the centerline of Bruenn Avenue 787.0 feet, more or less, to the
intersection of Bruenn Avenue and Bur~ell Street; thence South 67°27'19"
East 279.31 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the Left, said arc
ha~-ing a radius of 621.30 feet and a central angle of 34°40'55", a distance
of 170.O0 feet to the true point of beginning of said centerline; thence
along the arc of a curve to the left, said arc having a radius of 194.46
feet and a central angle of 34040'55'', a distance of 120.94 feet; thence
N 28°46'02" West 272.~4'; thence along the arc of a curve to the right,
said arc having a radius of 149.66' and a central angle of 43o21'44'' a
distance of 113.26' to the centerline of Fifth Street.
TOGETHER WITH a 20 foot wide easement being 10 feet on each side of the
above described centerlines for the repair, maintenance and replacement of
said sanitary and storm sewers along the course and for the distance
hereinabove described.
As a consideration of this conveyance, the City of Bremerton shall maintain
the sanitary sewer system hereby conveyed for the benefit of the property
and further shall maintain the whole width of the roads and streets herein
described as Bruenn Avenue, Burwell Street and Fifth Street as public roads
and further to maintain the width of fifteen feet granted along First Street
as a public road.
As a further consideration, the Grantor does herewith waive any rights of any
nature which it may have for sanitary sewer lines or the maintenance or repair
thereof within the premises herein described.
