JAMES J. MILLER and GEORGETTE MILLER, his wife, the owners of
that part of alley lying between lots 13 & 26, Block 1, Dietz Addition
to the Town of Bremerton, hereby dedicate and bequeath all rights, claims
and interests to the City of Bremerton that they have or might have in
that portion deacri_bed as follows:
A 14' wide strip (recently vacated by City of Bremerton, Ordi'~nce
~2812) lying between lots 13 & 26, block 1, Dietz Addition to the
Town of Bremerbon.
~is dedication shall be absolute and for whatever purpose ~he
Ci:y deems proper as long as it complies wi~h :he ordin~e of the City
of Bremerton and :he laws of ~he State of Washington, and such dedication
shall bind all the undersigned's heirs, exeou$ors, adminis~ra: ors and
assigns of the respective parties hereto as fully as She respective :~
