State of ~Vashington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
A portion of the following described property; The West ½ of the Sonth~ of the
South½ of the Southwest ~ of the Southeast ~ of Section 12, Township 2h North,
Range 1 East~ W.M., more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land ~0 feet in width lying 2~ feet on each side of the following
described centerline: Beginning at the intersection of the Centerline of Winfield
Avenue in the plat of Ryther's First Addition as recorded in Vol. 2 of Plat% pg. 77s
Records of Kitsap County Washington~ and the South line of Section 12, Twp. 2[~ N., R.
1 E.~ W. M.; thence Northerly along the extended Centerline of Wi~ield Avenue,
192.78 feet, more or less to the Westerly extension of the Northerly margin of East
Highlands Street (formerly known as Henry Place) in the Plat of the Highlands as
recorded in Vol. 6, of Plats, pg. 22, Records of Kitsap County~ Washington.
ALSO a strip of land 60 feet in width lying 30 feet on each side of the following
described Centerline: Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly margin of
Winfield Avenue in the Plat of the Highlands as recorded in Vol. 6 of Plats~ Pgs 22,
Records of Kitsap County: Washington and the Centerline of East Highlands Street in
said plat of the Highlands; thence Westerly along t he extended Centerline of East
Highlands Streets a distance of 112.[0 feet more or less to the Northerly extension
of the Easterly margin of Winfield Avenue as shown in the plat of Ryther~s First
Addi ti on.
