Re: City of Bremerton/KCAP Property Exchange
12th & Broadway and 9th & Broadway
Dear Larry:
Attached is a copy of the Preliminary Title Report for the City of
Bremerton property for your review. Corky was asking about the
~L~al description which is attached as E~ibit "A" to the report.
We have a Dumber of encumbrances shown on the }(CAP property,
including a State DCD lien in 1994, and a US Home Loans Deed of
Trust recorded December 12, 1994. (See copy of Preliminary Title
Report for KCAP property enclosed.) If you intend to retire these
loans, we will need to obtain payoff figures and have checks from
you at closing since there is a no net proceeds exchange. Your
lenders may be willing to rerecord these liens against the new
property to be acquired by KCAP which we could handle at closing.
Please give Jackie Cronk, at my office a call, and advise as to
which way you wish to proceed.
