Box 924 Silverdale, Washington 98383 Re: 922 and 926 Washington Avenue Dear Mr. and Mrs. Rainier: Thank you for getting the original Statutory Warranty Deed, between Everett G. Humble and Joseph I. and Roberta G. Rainier, back to our office for recording with the County Auditor, which we neglected to do when we initially obtained the deed from you. The deed has now been recorded with the Kitsap County Auditor and I am returning the same back to you to keep in a safe place for your records. I am also enclosing a Satisfaction of Assignment and Deed Intended as Mortgage and Reassignment which we obtained from Seattle First National Bank to clear the lien that was held against the property by Rainier National Bank, pursuant to an Assignment of Deed given as security, dated July 26, 1977, between Joseph I. Rainier and Elsie L. Rainier, as Grantors, and Rainier National Bank, Grantor. (See copy of Assignment enclosed herein for your reference.) The recording of the Statutory Warranty Deed and the Satisfaction finally gave clear title to the above-referenced property which you deeded to the city, pursuant to that Statutory Warranty Deed dated March 3, 1994 (a copy of said Deed is enclosed herein for your reference). We are anticipating closing this transaction on March 1st, however if closing should take place sooner than the 1st the payoff amount will be slightly reduced and pro-rated to the date of closing. I have taken this figure off of the amortization sheet provided to the City by your accountants Southard, Beckham, Atwater & Splett, a copy of which I have enclosed herein for your reference.
