I have attached a copy of the Deed of Trust, dated April 29, 1988, between Bryan S. Croy and Shelli R Croy, husband and wife, as Grantors, and Continental Savings Bank, as Beneficiary. The Croys' liability for said Deed of Trust was released to Jonathan W. and Debra D. Harmon by instrument dated March 22, 1990. I have also attached a copy of the Release of Liability hereto for your reference. The Harmons have a tenant (Herbert Sampson) residing in the residence located on the above-referenced property purchased by the City. There is a current lease with Mr. Sampson which will expire on January 31, 1996..At this time, Mr. Sampson wishes to continue to reside in the residence and, of course, will remain there at least until the expiration of the lease. I informed Mr. and Mrs. Harmon that our property manager would be getting in touch with Mr. Sampson to introduce himself and discuss his rental status with the City. Reid Realty was managing the property/rental for the Harmons. (See my letter of October 4, 1995 to Reid Realty.) Mr. Sampson's rent for the month of September, in the amount of $500.00, has been paid which rental amount was pro-rated in closing. A damage deposit, in the amount of $400.00, was paid to Reid Realty by Mr. Sampson and I have requested that they forward a check for the $400.00 damage deposit to Paul Lucas at Public Works & Utilities. I will forward the title policy to you after we receive the same from Land Title. · Celebrating 50 Years of Freedom · Harmon Memorandum - Kathleen McCluskey November 17, 1995 Page 2 Please let me know if you have any questions.
