QUIT CLAIM DEED
(For Use in the State of Washington Only)
THE GRANTOR, MILDRED S. SOMERS, a single woman, for and in
consideration of good and valuable consideration, conveys and quit
claims to THE CITY OF BREMERTON, the following described real
estate, situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington,
including any interest therein which GRANTOR may hereafter acquire:
The Northerly fifteen feet (15') of the South half
of vacated First Street abutting the following
described property:
That portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Bremerton
Heights, according to plat recorded in Volume 3 of
Plats, Page 41 in Kitsap County, Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1;
thence East along the North line thereof 90 feet;
thence South 112 feet; thence West 90 feet; thence
North 112 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPT
that triangle in the Southeast corner thereof
being 4 feet measured along the South boundary and
4 feet measured along the East boundary.
THE GRANTOR reserves to herself, her heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, a non-exclusive easement over, through
and across the property described in this Quit Claim Deed, for

access to Lot 1, Block 1, Bremerton Heights, Kitsap County,
Washington.
TEE GRANTEE, its successors or assigns, shall develop a
driveway entrance to said Lot 1, Block 1, Bremerton Heights, Kitsap
County, as a part of any improvements to the North 45 feet of
vacated First Street abutting said Lot 1, Block 1, Bremerton
Heights.
