Dear Ms. Neal:
Apparently there has been a mix up of some sort with these
documents. Both the Statutory Warranty Deed and the Real Estate
Excise Tax were mailed on the same day with appropriate checks.
The Statutory Warranty Deed was mailed to the Kitsap County
Auditor's office with an $8.00 check.
The Real Estate Excise Tax was mailed to your office with a $2.00
check (no. 146864). A copy of that document is enclosed.
Please let me know the method preferred in submitting these
documents for recording and filing to insure this doesn't happen
again in the future.
Sincerely,
Elaxne ~en~erson
