WHEREAS, said applicants__desire__the privilege of connecting said property
with the City sewerage system ur:der the direction of the City Engineer and in the
manner and pnrsuant to the regulations prescribed by City Ordinances, at the
expense of the app2icant s__and in compliance with the provisions of ordinance Nos.

Council of the City of Bremerton for pemission to connect said property to the
City sewer line at:

providing, however, that the undersigned applicant s__will connect with the said
sower, if this application be granted, ab a point to be desi[;nated by the City
Engineer.
The said applicant_~hereby deoosit__the sum of One Hundred ~venty Five
Dollars ($125.O0) as an investigation and connection charge, and understand
that if this application is rejected, One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00) thereof
will be returned to the app]Jcant~, and if this application is approved the City
of Bremerton will retain the full s~m of One H~mdred Twenty Five Dollars ($125.OO)
as s connection charge.
The undersigned applicant_~s~hereby authorize__any representative of the City
E~gineez to come on or about the premises hereinabove described for the purpose of
determining all matters relating to this application, and hereby grants the same
right of inspection and control of said premises as the City Engineer would have
if such premises were within the corporate limits of the City of Bremerton.
Should the imstall~tion of the sewer connection herein described require
entering, crossing or occupying county road right-of-way, the undersigned ap?licant
sshall obtain from the County E~gineer a permit for such work and shall adhere to
all County Ordinances pertaining thereto.

It is distinctly understood and agreed that upon the approval of this
application and the signing thereof by the Nayor and the City clerk of the City of
Bremerton, the same shall become a covenant running with the land and shall be
fully binding upon the applicant__, his or her, their heirs, successors and
assigns.
