OUTSIDE STILITY AGREEMENT
THE UNDERSIGNED~ m-ruer of the foll~,lng described real
property within Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED
has applied to the City of Bremerton, Washington for city sewer serv~e
for said property, and in consideration of the furnishing of such
service by the City of Bremarton, the undersigned does hereby promise
and agree as folly;s:
1. That payment of service charges, assessments and/er
additional charges required by City Ordinances to be paid for the
service mentioned above will in no way r~lieve the above-described
property from its share of any future local improvement district
payments ~hich may be assessed to pay all or a portion of the expense "
of inst~ql~ug main or mains, together ~ith necessary pipe fittings
and all other appurtenances which may be installed to serve a district
which includes the property described above; provided that a credit for
payment heretofore made shall be all,ced toward a local improvement
district assessment, when such improvement is of the same character
as the service granted under this Agreement.
2. The City shall have the right to inspect any structure
or building on the above-described property to determine whether or
not said b,,~]dings have any defects which are unsafe, unsanitary or
in any ray are detrimental to the ~elfere of the general public or
to the ~mers and occupants of the buildings. Any future new construc-
tion, alterations, additions or repairs sB~ meet the requirements of
the City codes for Buildings, Plumbing, Electrical and Zoning and
the required City permits sh~ be obtained prior to starting any work.
3. The undersigned further agrees that he ~bll sign any
petition leading to the future annexation of said property to the
City of Bremerton, ~.~hen such annexation is deemed advisable by the
City, and will actively prmuote and participate in any such annexation
proceedings; and that he will not object to the future formation of
a local improvement district for se~er for any district which includes
the above-described property. The undersigned further agrees that
should he not sign the above mentioned petition when required by the
City, that the City may take whatever steps as are necessary to
discontinue sewer service to the property above described, including
permisaion t~ come upon the property for such purposes.
4. The undersigned agrees that in the event of a sale or
transfer of the above-described property, he x-~ill, as a condition of
such sale or transfer, requLre the purchaser, or other new ~.mer,
to sign a duplicate copy of this Outside UtiLity Agreement. The
undersigned further agrees that this agreement, and the promises made
herein, do constitute a covenant running with the laud and shall
be bindin~ on the undersigned, his heirs, successors and assmgns,
and that this agreement shall be fi2~d for record in the office of
the Kitsap County Auditor, and at the expense of the undersigned
property ~rner.

thence easterly along said north margin 345 feet; thence leaving
said north margin of the county road, north 150 feet; thence east
150 feet; thence north 330 feet; thence west 330 feet; thence south
180 feet; thence west 165 feet, more or less, to the west line of
the east 1/2, west 1/2, west 1/2,northwest 1/4, southeast 1/4,
northeast 1/4 of said Section 21; thence southerly along said west
line 300 feet to the point of beginning, situated in Kipsap County,
Washington.
