That South half of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter, Section 2, Township 24
North, Range 1 East, W.M.;
EXCEPT Pine Road;
AND EXCEPT the following described property:
Beginning at the quarter corner common to the Sections 2
and 11, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.~{.; thence North
2°54'50'' East along the center line of said Section 2 a
distance of 804.46 feet; thence North 88°41'17'' West to
a point on the Westerly margin of Pine Road and the True
Point of Beginning; thence North 88°41'17" West a distance
of 365.00 feet; thence North 2054'08'' East a distance of
134.08 feet; thence South 88°41'17'' East a distance of
365.00 feet to the Westerly margin of Pine Road; thence
along said Westerly margin South 2o54'50" West a distance
of 134.08 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
SUBJECT TO an easement for electric transmission line granted
to Puget Sound Power & Light Co. by instrument recorded 03/03/44
under Auditor's File No. 388305.
SUBJECT TO waiver of damages by reason of the construction of a
roadway adjoining said premises on the East, as granted to Kitsap
County by Deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 676586.
SUBJECT TO an easement for guy wires and anchors affecting the
North 5 feet of the East 12 feet of the South half of the North-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter,
Section 2, Township 24 North,, Range 1 East, W.M.; as granted to
Puget Sound Power & Light Co. by instrument recorded 11/03/69
under Auditor's File NO. 963857.
SUBJECT TO waiver of damages granted to Kitsap County by Deed
recorded under Auditor's File No. 984390.
SUBJECT TO rights of Kitsap County to make necessary slopes for
cuts and fills upon said premises as granted by Deed recorded

3. The undersigned further agrees that he will sign
any petition leading to the future annexation of said property
to the City of Bremerton, when such annexation is deemed ad-
visable by the City, and will actively promote and participate
in any such annexation proceedings; and that he will not object
to the future formation of a local improvement district for sewer
which includes the above-described property. The undersigned
further agrees that should he not sign the above mentioned
petition when required by the City, that the City may take
whatever steps as are necessary to discontinue sewer service
to the property above-described, including permission to come
upon the property for such purpose.
4. The undersigned agrees that in the event of a
sale or transfer of the above-described property, he will, as a
condition of such a sale or transfer,require the purchaser, or
other new owner, to sign a duplicate copy of this Outside
Utility Agreement. The undersigned further agrees that this
agreement, and the promises made herein, do constitute a covenant
running ~vith the land and shall be binding on the
undersigned, his heirs, successors and assigns, and that this
agreement shall be filed for record in the office of the Kitsap
County Auditor, and at the expense of the undersigned property
owner.
