~tofore made shall be allowed toward a local improve~nt district assessment,
w~n such improve~nt is of the sa~ character as th~ s~rvic~ granted under this
Ag~e~n t.
2. The City shall have the right ~o imp~c~ an~ se~u=tur~ or building
on ~ abv~-d~scribod property to d~t~rmn,~ wh~ther or not said buildings hav~
~ff d~f~cts which ~r~ unsafe, unsanitary or in any way are de:finn:al to the
~lfare of the general public or to the owners and occupants of the buildings.

~xa~on is de,md advisabls by the City, and will actively promte and partici-
~t~ in any such annexation proceedings; and that he will not ob)ect eo the future
fo~tion of a local improv~mnt ~istriue for s~w~r for an~ ~istrict which
~ above-d~scribed property. Th~ undersigned further agr~s chat should he not
sign th~ a~ve msnC~one~ petition when required ~ ehe Cit~t that the Cit~ may
~e whatever steps are necessary to discontinue sewer service to the property
above described, including per~ssion to co~ upon the property for suc.8 pur~ses.
4. Th~ undersigned agrees that in th~ event of a sal~ or transfer of

5. The undersigned understands and agrees that no construction, extension,
alteration, or maintenance of the sanitary sewer collection system of the City
of Bremerton will be undertaken by the undersigned or his agents until plans
h~ve been approved and permits issued by the City Engineer.
6. The undersigned understands and agrees that no construction, recon-
struction, extension, or alteration of the laterals to the property of the
tlndersigned will be undertaken without the prior issuance of a permit by the
~itg Engineer to do so.
