THE UNDERSIGNED, owner of th~ following described real

2. -The City shall have the right tg~%.!nspect any
structure or building on the above-described[ pro~'e~ty to deter-
mine whether or not said buildings have any defeKts whzch are
. unsafe, unsanitary or in any way are detrimental to the.welfare
of the general public or to the owners-and occupan.t's of the ·
buildings. Any future new construction, a]teratibns, additions
or repazrs'shal] meet the requirements of the City.codes for
Dui]dings, Plumbing, Electrical and Zoning and the required ':
C~ty ~erm.its shall be obtained prior to starting any work.
.. : '-~'. 3. The undersigned further agrees that he will sign
any petition leading to the future annexation of said property
to the City of Bremerton, when such annexation is deemed ad-
visable by the City, and ~il] actively promote and participate '
5n any such annexation proceedings; and that he will not object
to the future formation of a local improvement 'district for sewer'
w%ich includes the above-described ~roperty. The undersigned
further agrees that should he not s~gn thq above mentioned
petition when required by the City, t~at the City may take
whatever steps as are necessary t~scontinue sewer service
to the p~operty above-described, ~cluding permission to come
upon the property for such purpose.
4. The undersigned agrees that in the event of a
sale or transfer of the above-described ~roperty, he will, as
conaition of such a sale or transfer;require the purchaser,, or
--other new m;nerl to sign a duplicate copy of this Outside
