2. - The C~ty shall have the r~gh~ to;~.~nspe~-~ any
structure or bui~fl~ng on the abo~e-described[ pr~y ~o ~eter-
~ine ~bether or ~ot said buildings have any de~'~s ~hich are
. unsafe, unsan~ta~ or in any ~ay are detrimental 'to the ~el~are
o~ the general public or ~o the o~,~ersta~d occupa~.i's
buildings. Any .future ne~ construction, alteratibns, additions
o~ repairs shall ~eet the requirements of the C~t~ cofles for
~ui]ding$, Plumbing, E]ectrica] and Zoning and the required
City ~erm.its sha~l be obtained prior to starting any work.

any petition leading to the future annexation of said property
to the City of Bremerton, when such annexation is deemed ad-
visable by the City, and ~ill actively promote and participate
in any such annexation proceedings; and that he will not object
to the future formation of a local improvement 'district for se~er
w~ich includes the above-~escribed property. The undersigned
further agrees that should he not sign thq abo~e mentioned
petition when required by the City, t3at the City may take
to the P~operty aboveLdescribed, ~cluding permission to come
upon the p~0~erty for such purpose.
