2. - The City shall have the right to;~.inspect any
structure or 5ui]ding on the above-described~ .pr6~'~/ty to deter-
mine whether or not said buildings have any def6~ts which are
. unsafe, unsanita~ or in any way are detrimental to the.welfare '
of the general puSlic or to the owners-and occupan.ts of the
~ui]dings. Any .future new construction, alteratibns, addition's
or ~epairs shall meet the requirements of the City codes for
Dui]dings, Plumbing, Electrical and Zoning and the required
City ~erm.its shall be obtained prior to starting any work.

any petition leading to the future annexation of 5aid property
to the City of Bremerton, when such annexation is deemed
visab]e by the City, and will actively promote and participate
in any such annexation proceedings; and that he wi]l not object
to the future formation of a local improvement 'district for sewer
w~ich includes the above-describe~ property. The undersigned
further agrees that should he not sign th~ abo~e mentioned
petition %,'hen required by the City, .~at the City ma~ take
whatever steps as ate necessary to/15continue Se~er service
to the p~operty abo~e-descrJbed~ ~c]udin~ ~ermission to come
upon the property for such purpose.
4. The undersigned agrees that in the event of a
sale or transfer of the above-described D~operty, he will, as a
condition of such a sale or transfer~require the purchaser,, or
