KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the owner and holder of
that certain Outside Utility Agreement bearing date August 27,
1991, executed by Mike Crakes, Manager and Corporate Officer of
Mansker Tire Center, to secure a Limited Power of Attorney to
include said Agreement as Owner's consent to the annexation of the
property by the City of Bremerton, recorded in the office of the
Kitsap County Auditor under File No. 9110290101, on the 29th day of
October, 1991, does hereby acknowledge that the said Outside
Utility Agreement has been FULLY SATISFIED AND DISCHARGED, and does
hereby authorize and direct the Kitsap County Auditor to enter full
satisfaction thereof of record.
