Re: Fee Agreement
Dear Jane:
This letter will serve as a renewal of the Fee Agreement ("Agreement") between the City of Bremerton
and Jane Ryan Koler, PLLC (collectively "Parties"), dated March 28, 2002 and April 1, 2002. This
renewal will become effective upon execution by Parties.
The Parties agree that the Agreement will continue in full force and effect until terminated. The City of
Bremerton may terminate representation at any time, with or without cause upon written notice to Jane
Ryan Koler. Jane Ryan Koler, PLLC reserves the right to withdraw from representing the City if fees are
not timely paid, or for any other appropriate cause.
The 2003 hourly rate for services is $150 an hour. The Parties further agree that the hourly rate for
services stated herein may, from time to time, and upon approval by the City Attorney, be adjusted to
reflect current market rates and conditions· Any rate modifications shall be approved in writing by the
City Attorney.
All other terms of the Agreement not specifically modified herein shall remain in full force and effect.

FEE AGREEMENT
The Law Office of Jane Koler agrees to provide professional legal services to the City of
Bremerton at the rate of $150.00 per hour.
No charges will be imposed for travel time, facsimile fees, copying expenses, postage or
long distance telephone calls.
The City of Bremerton will pay costs incurred for filing fees, messenger services, the
service of process, court reporters and any fees for expert witnesses.
