1. For affordable housing, are there any incentives to lowering the required parking counts?
2. For commercial parking, can that be mostly in the garage?
3. We would like to confirm we qualify for the 90% lot coverage and 75% building coverage.
4. Are there are any additional incentives for affordable housing that allow for a higher max
height or any other building parameter incentives.
5. We know we’re going to have to sprinkler, and would like direction on what kind of trash
and fire truck access we need to provide, utility upgrades and street improvements.
6. What resources are you aware of that could provide grants and subsidies for an affordable
housing project like this? Anything at the local, state and federal level?
