POST ON SITE
- Property lines shall be properly identified and marked before
foundation footing inspection. Setbacks are measured to the
finished wall structure.
- Reinspection fee may be assessed if inspection has been
requested when not ready or corrections are not completed.
- Permit, approved plans, engineering, and inspection card shall
be on site during construction or Reinspection Fee may be
assessed.

Commercial structures require separate Certificate of Occupancy.
