Description: De-Obligation Amendment for BremPW-00179. De-obligating funds ($636,003.67)
from the Kitsap Lake Stormwater Treatment Retrofit grant from the Washington State
Department of Ecology as the project construction expenditure totaled at $2,205,933.33
instead of the total grant funded amount of $2,841,933.33. This amendment updates the total
cost of the grant and de-obligates the remaining funds from the City of Bremerton.
