Based on your proposal, the following is a summary of the major points discussed at the pre -application meeting held Wednesday, December 14, 2005. Land Use: 1. Wireless Co -Locations and Dish Antennas are regulated by Bremerton Municipal Code 20.46.060 and 140. A building permit is required for each location. The submittal requirements are outlined in BMC 20.46.140(e). With the exception of the landscape plan, these requirements are needed with the building permit, along with engineering. 2. The properties are zoned as follows: 245 4th Street - Downtown Core 4811 Werner Rd -Freeway Corridor 3027 Olympus Drive -Industrial park 4119 Wheaton Way - District Center Core Building Division: 1.
