Could you please provide a site plan that illustrates property lines, and the distances to property lines from the proposed fence?Per BMC 20.46.020(a)(3)the maximum fence height shall be six feet when adjacent to a public right-of-way. For fencing we would consider'adjacent'to be within the front yard setback of the area facing the public right-of way. Per BMC 20.94.060(a),this property has a front yard setback of ten feet.When outside the setback area,the maximum height is increased to ten feet.
