The Engineering Department has informed me that the contractor has not removed the debris from the right-of-way, as requested in a letter sent to Best Bet Builders on 8/15/95. . The Inspection Log I receivedfrom your office on 9/5/95 does not indicate your approval of the project, as requested We request that you submit a letter stating approval of all required inspections, including final inspection, to accompany this report. The letter and inspection log that you submitted this morning to our office does not provide your approval of the required inspections of this project. In addition, Mark Souza has informed me today that the conditions required by the Engineering Department (removal of debris from right-of-way) has not yet been accomplished. When the above items have been resolved, the Building Department can be scheduled to perform a final inspection to allow occupancy of the structure.
