SUMMARY:This amendmentadds a provision to the 2014 ILA for Water Supply with the City of
Port Orchard to allowthe cost of water provided to the City of Port Orchard through the Anderson Hill
Road intertie to be applied to the runningbalance for the W580 Zone
assets.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Amendment No. 1 to the 2014 Interlocal Agreement for Water Supply with the City
of Port Orchardandauthorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the amendment with substantially
the same terms and conditions as presented.
