ADDENDUM 1
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT #4136
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as
"City"), and Willis of Seattle, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as "Willis", hereto entered into
an Agreement, originally dated December 22, 2000,
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the Contract for an additional one (1) year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the mutual covenants set forth below, the
parties agree as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement executed by the parties December 22, 2000, shall be
modified to read: January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002.
2. The City shall pay Willis, an amount not to exceed an additional Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10,000) for services for a total agreement not to exceed Twenty Nine
Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($29,950).
3. The remaining terms of the Professional Services Agreement shall remain in full
force and effect.

Description:
Willis of Seattle, Inc., benefits consultants, assist the City with their
employee group insurance/benefits plan design, funding methods,
preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP), market response, analysis
of proposals, negotiations with Proposers, and related labor issues
pertaining to the Group Insurance Program. This Agreement shall not
exceed an additional Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for a new
total not to exceed Twenty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($29,950.00).
Impact of Non-approval:
Expert advice would not be available that would enable the City to
make informed decisions regarding our group insurance program.
