A RESOLUTIONof the CityCouncilof theCityof
Bremerton,Washington,repealingResolutionNo. 3394 and
adopting new Rules and Procedures for the City Council to conduct
its business.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 3394onMarch5, 2025,
which amended the Rules and Procedures for the City Council to conduct its business; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to again update the Rules and Procedures
for the City Council; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.Resolution No. 3394is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2.The Bremerton City Council Rules and Procedures attached hereto
as Exhibit A are hereby adopted and shall become effective upon passage of this resolution.
SECTION 3.Severability.If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 4.Effective Date.This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
