SUMMARY:
The Circle Fountain located at theConference Center Plaza has not been in operation for several
years. Staff evaluated options to repurpose the space in addition to repairing the fountain and the
preference was to proceed with a plan to repair. Over this past winterParks reached out to three
different vendorsto evaluate its condition and to receive bidsto complete its repair so it would be
operational again.We received two separate quotes, and the third company, whoinstalled the
fountain, was non-responsive. PumpTech Integration was the lowest bidbetweenthe two companies
that submitted.

STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Public Works Agreement withPumpTechIntegration for repair of the Conference
Center Plaza Circle Fountain,authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented; and approve the expenditure of REET
funds to complete the repair.
