FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): This modification results in an overall contract
decrease of $17,506.94. The revised total contract amount is $120,884.40and is included in the

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Contract ModificationAgreement No. 3 with At Work Commercial Enterprises,
LLC and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same
terms and conditions as presented.
