SUMMARY:IndustrialSoftware Solutions provides support and maintenance for our SCADA system
software. Staff received a proposal for a three-year agreement for their services. Approval of the
agreement would save the City of Bremerton $9,123.66 over the three-year period versus a year-to-
year arrangement. The total amount for the three-year service agreement equates to $152,104.68
including applicable Washington state sales tax.

STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the three-year support and maintenance agreement with Industrial Software
Solutions in the amount of $152,104.68 including Washington state sales tax; and authorize the
Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
