INSPECTION - Reinforcing steel must be inspected after, placing and before covering. FORMS shall be inspected
and approved before pouring. All plumbing, wiring and the f.rame of all buildings must be inspected and approved
before covering. Wood preservative to be used on all wood against masonry. Ventilate foundation and attic. Sepa-
rate permits required for plumbing, wiring and heating. See City Engineer before working on sheets or sidewalks.
