SERVICES AGREEMENT
PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT: To provide for the extension of the Investment Advisory Services Agreement
between the City of Bremerton and Government Portfolio Advisors. This amendment updates the original
agreement dated September 2020 and will extend the term for 24 months from September 1, 2025 to September
1, 2027. The fee for the renewal period will remain unchanged at $25,000 annually.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the original agreement
apply to this Amendment.
