SUMMARY:
The City was awarded and negotiated a $639,935.00 grant for design and future construction of
stormwater treatment facilities discharging to Oyster Bay. The design will be used to address
capacity, 2 treatment facilities for phosphorus and Total Suspended Solids, and outfall remediation.

STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to accept Washington State DOE Design Grant Agreement for the Oyster Bay Regional
Treatment Facilities Design; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
COUNCIL ACTION: Approve Deny Table Continue No Action
