Re: Renewal Extension Notice 2ND of three (3)
Dear Mr. Reding,
In March 2022, the City of Bremerton and Petrocard, Inc. entered into agreement for the
provision of Fuel, Lubricants and Fuel Dispensing services, “the agreement”. Pursuant to the
Section 3. “Time of Completion.” of the agreement, the City would like to exercise the second
option to extend the agreement for an additional 1-year term, the ”term extension” changing the
contract end date from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
Please sign below acknowledging your acceptance of the extension to the term of the agreement.
