SUMMARY:The project addresses two undersized and failing outfallsin the Manette neighborhood.
The project provides upsized stormwaterconveyance and water quality improvements on Shore
thth
Drive and E. 10Street.The stormwater outfall will be reconstructed at theE 9Street Mini Parkwith
shoreline and park restoration.As part ofthe project, shoreline mitigation will also be performed at
Smith Cove.A bid opening was held on April 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM with Active Construction, Inc. as
the lowest responsive bidder.

Move to award the contract for the East9Street Stormwater ImprovementsProjecttoActive
Construction, Inc.in the amount of$2,823,823.00,including sales tax, and authorize the Mayor to
finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
