Certificates of Occupancy have been issued and are in effect for this project and we are not aware of any circumstances which would render the Certificates of Occupancy invalid or cause them to be revoked. The Project is zoned MF (Multi-Family) under the City of Bremerton Zoning Ordinance. The Apartments were built between 1991 and 1992 and the Certificates of Occupancy were issued. There are 12 separate apartment buildings and 1 recreational building. They were built under the 1988 Uniform Building Code. As we discussed, we have relocated the driveway 2 feet to the South to allow for a widened planting strip to alleviate any concerns of the neighbors to the North. This will allow for a minimum 3' -6" planting area where the rockery is 6' high and an area that will increase as the rockery height reduces at its ends. The adjacent apartment building will not have to be moved, We propose to continue the typi~al planting shown on the landscape plan for the total length of ,the area concerned, Additionally, if after instal)ation of planting is complete, it is necessary to add some sight obscuring fence to resolve the potential view issue, we will have the contractor add this fencing within his contract amount. We agreed to an additional 60 units occupancy to be issued. Today as we talked on the phone you indicated there was a possible hangup and you were sending out for sign offs from engineering, utilities, and planning departments for these occupancy permits. As you are aware all the building permits are signed off for completed construction. Landscaping, and utlities on site are totally completed. The connection of the off site sewer main through Jackson Park has been completed and our pump station is on and working. with final inspections and capacity tests pasted. The only remaining item to be completed is the Bonded N.A.D. Park sewer line. If there are any other minor issues to be completed we will bond for there completion in cash.
