SUMMARYOver the past 12 months, Jeneise has consistently exceeded expectations, achieving
key results ahead of anticipated timelines and demonstrating a high level of effectiveness in her
performance. Jeneise has earnedastrong recommendation from the Mayor and Department of
Human Resources Director for one (1)additional rateincrease in Rate 14 under BMC 2.50.032
(b)(2).
