LETTER OF AGREEMENT
This letter of Agreement is entered into this '2___~_~ day of~7~A~_//~/~ , between Port
Blakely Tree Farms and ~e City of Breme~on for the pu~ose of evaluating ~d processing a
proposed amen~ent to the City of Bmme~on's Comprehensive PI~. The review of the
proposed mendment should be unde~en without delay by Ma&ona Planing and
Development Services, Inc. It is ~e intention of the Pa~ies that ~is ~tter of Agreement shill
be in force until such time as a comprehensive agreement can be negotiated and entered into
between Po~ BlUely Tree F~s, the City of Bremerton and Madrona Planning and
Development Services, Inc. to control completion of the proposed project.
The City of Bremenon hereby agrees to authorize Madrona Planning & Development
Services, Inc. to being work on this project ~ detailed in the scope of work ~d budget, as
sub~tted in June 12, 1998 and attached to this letter.
Po~ BlUely Tree F~s agrees to pay the City of Breme~on a deposit equ~ to 25% of
the expected cost of the work as detailed in the scope of work and budget. Fu~er, Po~ BlUely
Tree F~s agrees to reimburse the City of Breme~on for those expenses incu~ed in the
completion of the scope of work for the desi~ review of the proposed project. Po~ BlUely
Tree F~s a~ees to pay all invoices submitted to it within 30 days. The 25% deposit shall be
counted ag~nst the fin~ bill for the proposed project.
This ~tter of Agreement constitutes ~e entirety of the agreement between the pa~ies
and may only be modified with the written consent of both parties.
