SUMMARY:This transaction involves the renewal of the three-year contract with Cummins for the
three new units added to the list as well as a new quote for the brand-new generator installed at CE-
1. The total three-yearcost for the service contract and associated contract modifications comes to
$247,394.36 (including applicable sales taxes).

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of a three year generator service contract and associated contract
modifications with Cummins for $247,394.36, andauthorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
