P00002 SUMMARY OF CHANGES

1. In accordance with Section C.7, Rate Schedule, and Section G.6, Rate Changes, the purpose of this planned modification is to incorporate rate
adjustments for Contract Line Items (CLIN's) 0001, and 0002 for the calendar year 2025 performance period under the subject contract.
This modification incorporates the City of Bremerton's Ordinance 5501 "Exhibit A-Assessments, Rates, Fees, and Charges", effective 01 January
2025, under Attachment J.2. Attachment J.2 effective 01 January 2025 supersedes and replaces Attachment J.1 which was incorporated at award of
the subject contract, and is applicable to CLINs 0001 and 0002, summarized as follows:
CLIN 0001 (Water Services): Base charges of $418.09 /month (6"inch, within city limits), and commodity charge of $2.39/hcf (Non Residential,
Within City Limits).
CLIN 0002 (Sewage Services): Base charge of $57.10/month and commodity charge of $5.34/hcf (Retail Service Rate, Commercial 1, Inside City
Limits).
As a result of this modification, the aforementioned rates shall be in effect for the period of 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
2. The contract completion date remains unchanged.
3. It is understood and agreed that this adjustment constitutes compensation in full for all costs, directly and indirectly attributable to the changes
ordered herein, for all delays related thereto, and for performance of the changes within the time frame stated. In addition, the Contractor hereby
releases the Government from any and all liability under this contract for further equitable adjustments attributable to such facts or circumstances
giving rise to the changes ordered herein.
4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged as a result of this modification.
