P00002 SUMMARY OF CHANGES
ACQR Number: 6115812
1. In accordance with FAR 52.241-8, Change in Rates and Terms and Conditions of Service for Unregulated Services (Feb 1995), this modification
incorporates the City of Bremerton's Ordinance 5501 "Exhibit A-Assessments, Rates, Fees, and Charges", effective 01 January 2025, under
Attachment J.2. Attachment J.2 effective 01 January 2025 supersedes and replaces Modification P00001 which was incorporated at award of the
subject contract, and is applicable to Contract Line Items (CLIN's) 0001, and 0002 for rate period seventh (7) under the subject contract as further
detailed herein.
As a result of this modification, the aforementioned rates shall be in effect for the period of 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
2. The contract completion date remains unchanged.
3. It is understood and agreed that this adjustment constitutes compensation in full for all costs, directly and indirectly attributable to the changes
ordered herein, for all delays related thereto, and for performance of the changes within the time frame stated. In addition, the Contractor hereby
releases the Government from any and all liability under this contract for further equitable adjustments attributable to such facts or circumstances
giving rise to the changes ordered herein.
4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged as a result of this modification.
