SUMMARY: Following discussion at the February 25 Study Session, the Council will receive a
presentation on the proposed Levy LID Lift, including responses to questions raised during the prior
discussion. After the presentation, the Council may provide direction regarding whether to schedule
the item for a future Study Session for additional review and discussion.
