SUMMARY:The approved 2026 budget includes the replacement of the VACTOR W-2112 truck as
described in the attached summary. Total replacement cost including sales tax is $709,908.47. The
replacement vehicle will be purchased using the DES Contract #00120.

This is included in the vehicle purchase list in the approved 2026 budget.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of a Vactor 2115i Pump Truck in the amount of $709,908.47;and
authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
