SUMMARY:
The approved 2026 budget includes the purchase of a 12yard InternationalDump Truckfor our
Utilities Department. The total purchase price including sales tax is $315,717.19
The replacement vehicle will be purchased using the DES Contract #03920.

This is included in the vehicle purchase list in the approved 2026 budget.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase and upfit of a 12yard InternationalDump Truck in the amount of
$315,717.19;andauthorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the
same terms and conditions as presented.
